Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is a healthcare profession aimed to help rehabilitate anyone suffering from injury, illness, or disability through the use of manual therapy, exercise and movement, education and advice.

All our physiotherapists are recognised members of the chartered society of physiotherapy and health professionals’ council. Continued professional development is expected of each chartered physiotherapist. This ensures that the most up-to-date treatment methods and techniques are applied to each patient's care. Each of our team has continued their professional development by attending courses and doing weekly CPD training with other healthcare professionals. Through this, we developed our approach to treatment and rehabilitation, ensuring all aspects are covered.

What is physiotherapy?

What to expect
Our physiotherapist will thoroughly examine your injury to
diagnose and identify the underlying cause of your symptoms. Following this, the physiotherapist will discuss the diagnosis and outline an appropriate treatment plan to get you back to pre-injury levels.

The treatment will always commence on your initial assessment. This early intervention is vital for the successful outcome of any injury.
