We will endeavour to get you an appointment that is most convenient for you. We can usually accommodate you within 24 hours if you are flexible with your time.
On initial examination, it is helpful to bring any scans related to your problem, a list
of your current medications, and, if you have been referred by your GP /
Consultant, your referral letter. Comfortable clothing is also advised, as you may be
asked to remove items of clothing to fully assess your problem.
In the majority of cases, yes. Most conditions will require you to do certain exercises,
or you may require a short rest period. You will be given exercises on your first
appointment. These will be progressed as required. Remember, the more diligent
you are with the advice given by your physiotherapist, the more likely it is that you
will make a speedy recovery!
